Kul Kul Recipe




Ingredients:


¼ kg maida
2 or 3 table spoons of ghee or oil
100 gm. Pittie sakar
1 egg

Method:


Sift the maida, make a space in the middle and add the oil and mix. Make again a space and add the beaten egg. Mix. Then add the pitti sakar after sifting it. Mix well. Then add water till dough is soft. Make balls and roll thin, cut in square pieces and make flower shape. Fry in deep hot oil. Let it cool for some time and then serve.

Milk Toffee

A milk toffee which is the favorite dessert of all people who love eating chocolates and it's a way to give your children this delicious sweet which is rich in milk.

Ingredients


 5 cups of milk
 2 and a half cups of sugar
 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:


Mix milk, sugar and essence and put to boil. Keep on stirring with frying spoon till it thickens. When the sides of the vessel are shown then lower the flame. It is almost ready. Add 1 tablespoon ghee but continue stirring. Put a little ghee on the back side of a chapatti plate or wooden plank and also put ghee on the rolling pin (lathni in hindi). Then pour the toffee and roll it while hot. Cut in diamond-shaped pieces. Wait for it too cool for at least 30 minutes. Serve the toffees in a plate and sprinkle bits of cashews to give it a lovely touch.
